He simply lacks of dash... therefore improve his dash to the target by 400 units... so he can be playing as supporter!

I don't think a champ with a whirlwind AoE ability as his defining attack, and an execute ultimate, is going to work as a support any time soon. Not a traditional support, at least.

Leona's definitively a support champ with all the CC in her kit. Garen's got a minor silence, that's it. Giving him better gap close wouldn't make him a support.

Do you have any idea how absolutely and completely broken that would make him? and this is coming from a Garen main. His main weakness is the fact that you can see his engage coming from a mile away. If you're a squishy and you get caught in a Garen engage, you are as good as dead. If his Q speed were made into a dash, or even movement speed increased in anyway beyond the boost it currently gives, it would be way to strong given the strength of his kit.
