Tips on how to fight nasus as fiora?

I find it rather difficult to fight him, I can poke him nicely until he gets bramble vest, he tends to heal back my poke with his passive, and usually he can Q me once to do more damage than me. Any help?(and i'd rather not just hear "get help from your jg")

Fight him when your ulti is up, and his isn't. To do this you need to bait the ulti, or get jg or mid help to do so.

Try NOT building hydra early, or you'll make freezing easy for him.

Aggressive trades early can let you get ahead. If you get a chance to take his tower, do so, then start roaming and winning before he becomes an unstoppable dober-god of splitpushing. Buy Qss if you need to stop the splitpush.

nasus is a pretty decent lane counter to fiora.

you either can win with a good lvl 1/lvl 2 play and get first blood on him, or you have to freeze the lane in front of your turret and wait for your jungler. its what you should do against nasus anyways. locking a freeze against him makes him miss more stacks than trying to push the wave under his turret.

the only chance you have to beat him 1on1 is pre 6.

I don't like that, "you can only beat him if he isn't lvl 6, or if your jg is there" I could try freezing under turret but like I said, I don't want to do that, as fiora I like to be agressive, last I checked being agressive is good against nasus, pushing his wave under turret, making him miss cs....

only works against bad nasus players. good players wont lose a lot of cs to a turret, and no stacks at all.

youre just giving him a position in which he can farm safely, while making yourself vulnerable to ganks.

freezing minion waves in front of your turret brings him into an uncomfortable position. he has to overextend to farm, he loses more cs to random minion damage, and your own minions get into terrible spots for him, where he has to walk into your turret range to get them.

this will give you more chances to make plays on him, than just pushing him in.

the only time you should push into a nasus is to bounce waves off his turret, and when youre 100% sure you can dive him.

your options are, win pre lvl 6 or win by wave management.

Alright, I'll try the wave management strat, thanks for the help!

Also, to freeze the wave would I just not attack minions till they're low enough to be killed?

there are tutorial videos on minion wave management on youtube. just search around for them to learn how to lock in a freeze and other tricks to manage lane minions.

general rule is, you need extra 4 enemy minions left to freeze the enemy incoming wave with your incoming minion wave on your side.

Nasus is a good everything counter to fiora. You think fiora can do shit to nasus even at level 18 if hes got 700 stacks and R ready to roll?

Wither isn't anywhere near telegraphed so it's impossible to rely on riposte to get rid of it, and a Q at just about every stage of the game past tri force is guaranteed to give him stormraiders proc.

Riposting a Q during his R means nothing because in one second his Q is back up.

There's simply no way for fiora to legitimately win this matchup outside of seriously outplaying nasus before tri force to get ahead or having the jg suck her off.

EDIT I misread your post, nevermind this we both agree lol.

You can't... Fiora just dies. She was hard enough as the old Fiora.
