What Is The Current State of Ryze?

Ryze is a difficult to play, late game champion, which basically means if you're good with him you'll do great, but if you're bad with him you'll do terribly.

In my honest opinion, even after the "nerfs,", he's still pretty fun to play with a lot more strengths than weaknesses. Once you get your combo down, he's actually relatively easy, and you don't have to worry about spamming it nearly as fast now, because of the two rotation limit.
