Fire cannon + Statik need nerf or is it just me?!
So. almost everyone is building this now for the extra Burst (Specifically 
) but every other adc is doing it too. Why not make the passives not be able to stack somehow with a bit of tweaking?

they already nerfed static shiv which means they acknowledged Fire Cannon and Static Shiv are a good combo. Have you not read the patch today?
With this much speed, who needs boots? Hue hbue (I don't know what Im doing im just empty minded commenting)
