Exposed Weakness

Just wondering what people think about this mastery. I'm pretty much a support main and I think that this mastery should be good on support, but what support goes down this tree. I have a test page on Thresh that I think is good, but doesn't live up to the standard page I have. I end up trading tank stats for damage.

Just looking for some other thoughts on the subject.
