As the tile says , how would it be if we could disenchant any skin we want from hextech into 2 key fragments or 1.5 key fragments? I think it would balance the drop rate and we can actually unlock that skin we want after unlocking 4 chests per month and not enough essence or simply got poor skins.

How lucky of you , i'm sitting here with 3 more chests and barely got a key fragment out of more than 10 won games.

Should have been a trading post somehow, so people could exchange chests/keys... But I guess that'd ruin the point of trying to selv chests/keys.
