I have now agreed to not leave any games.

So if something criminal happens because I didn't leave the game Riot Games is now responsible.

idgaf bro leaving is leaving and you inconvenienced 4~9 people its not gonna make us feel any better whether it was intentional or not

and you have to weight between leaving a simple game and getting a ban or watever the criminally latter option shouldnt be that hard

Um... the option is leaving the game and possibly losing invested money into a game versus issues potentially unavoidable.

I'm sorry have fun getting banned if you lose internet or your power goes out. Lose your money over something you have literally 0 control over. Yeah have fun with that.

The new system is terrible and doesn't work. (My friend lost internet for 1 minute and rejoined and it counted him as leaving the game).

New system is broken stop trying to defend it.

Take the DOTA approach Riot. Make a low priority queue and disable access to ranked, in ranked multiply LP loss by 50% and decrease LP loss of the team by 75%. Works wonders. Why? Because banning people for things out of their control doesn't work. In DOTA if someone leaves everyone else can leave safely because they actually care about you instead of saying you are SoL. And this way the enemy team is compensated for someone leaving. And to prevent this from being abused make it so teams/duos all share the LP for losses (as in everyone gets 20 on win or 5 on loss).

Again you have to weight things...as I mentioned before Accept the loss and the bann, because you made the choice to leave for what you deem is heavier... wont make anyone else feel better tho seems abit silly to choose a game over a life of a person dont you think? saving a life at the expense of ban and loss over a fuqing game? seems like a deal to me

Or if its not somthing in your control like ur internet dying out... well aaah.... yeah ur getting that ban sadly only exception is riot server sided bullshit, they outa compensate us for that

You know that people who actually intentionally leaves games because they got bored, or pizza's here and w/e would say the same exact thing as you do, you know, trying to be an innocent flower and shiet. I'm not saying you are one, but it's what Riot's gonna have to do. No exceptions.

I did NOT make the choice to leave though. My mouse broke. That is not like "pizza is here" etc. There needs to be more than 1 game before the warning pops up and has you agree to let that kid's mother die. Cause I'm going to let her die now.
