"viable champions"

This terms really really bugs me. Almost every single champion is viable. Most champions can even compete in the meta. A very select few excel at the meta but that does not make them the only good champions. Pro's pick champions often for different reasons than the average solo queue pleb would. So please when you are talking about balance be more specific so we can know what you are talking about.
