What are you guys's thoughts on veigar?

I love how people getting tilted when he do his hehehe when he kills them with his ult

he is easy to counter build resistances and camp him it's like nasus because no stacks = not as much damage

He is perfectly balanced.

Scaling is literally all Veigar has. He has bugger all for base damage. Killing minions with even rank 2 Q before first back is incredibly sad, and goes almost OOM using a full combo in lane. I don't even bother leveling W until level 4 at least.

You have to wait until around the 30 minute mark to hit 1000 ap and be useful, otherwise you are just a support all game with your E.
