Don't allow a player to play a champ for the first time in ranked

It's awfully frustrating, im not talking to u all high elo that have a natural gift or whatever, but there are a lot of players in silver and bronze that tend to play a champ in ranked for the first or second time. that makes no sense! if u are required to get to level 30 to play ranked, for the same reason u should also have some experience with a certain champ before taking him to ranked.

it will also solve the "a new champ released let's try him out in ur promos"

You can't force a player not to play x champion just because they haven't played them before, the summoner has every right to play who ever they want in any game they want ranked or not.

Should they play new champions in ranked? Not really but should they be stopped? No.

so let them play ranked in level 10. why 30?

Again because you can't force them not too, we may not like it and we may not agree with it but you can't atop somebody playing a champion they want and you're meant to know the game well enough to play ranked at lvl 30 nd in theory you should be able to play any champion pg course it doesn't work this way and when you get a summoner playing a new champion in ranked it's heartbreaking but there is no real fair way for riot to limit what champions you can play.
