so how do you actually win in ranked?

So, i started my provisionals yestarday . 1st game : i was 4/1 on 9 minute , my bot was feeding (the adc) = 5/8 + lost , jinx was "lagging" but decided to play ranked for some reason 2nd game : i was 3/0 on 5 minute and i got the tower on 7 minute with the jungler , my mid and bot was feeding = 4/8 + lost jinx was playing jinx for the first time on ranked 3rd game : i was 8/2 i got the 2 towers on top , but... it was too late , mid/jungle was feeding = 10/10 + lost , my jungler was 0-9 and he was just trolling 4th game : i was 6-0 i got the tower , i got the mid tower , but... jungler and bot was feeding = 6/9 + lost so.. 4 games lost in a row . and my mmr according to op.gg is bronze 3 (because of 4 loss in a row...) and.. if i don't get 6 wins in a row i won't get anything better than bronze 1 . what are the chances to get 6 games in a row?
i try my best to win a game... but then my team destroys everything
and by reporting them i don't get 1 game or whatever... and they won't get banned either because they had "a bad day" .
