Hard champions in low elo

So most low elo players will flame you for picking an "easy" champion. But if you ask high elo players they will tell you to play simple or noob champs. Ive been playing Vladimir a lot lately and i tend to do very well in terms of kda and cs. But my winrate isnt that good. I love vlad and i think im pretty decent at him. So should i just play easier champs to carry?or can i keep practicing vlad since i enjoy him? Plz tell me your opinion and if you tell me to play easy champs than ill just play Swain and talon :)

Generally don't play champions who it's hard to carry with (I stopped maining Poppy because of this) in low elo.

But if you like Vlad enough that losing games when you're fed but ur team is behind (since you couldn't carry hard enough) doesn't make you feel too bad, keep playing him! If you get good you'll climb slower than a better at carrying champion, but you'll still climb.

Vladimir has been nerfed rather severely for his strength in competitive and higher tier play. Considering his lack of CC and his reliance on items, it can be rather difficult to snowball early-game on him since you can't really catch people out or chase down kills effectively.

He tends to be rather team-reliant for initiation and lockdown.

While I'm not really sure about Bronze games (the lowest I've ever been was Silver 3 immediately after placements), I found that waveclear ruled Silver games.

The ability to siege and waveclear in an environment where everyone would constantly group up was a massive game changer. This would allow you to deny the enemy objectives since they couldn't push past you and take their own.

Does swain have good wav3clear?

Swain's waveclear has been pretty decent since he maxes R>Q>W>E, but it can require a little setup to properly group the minions or requires he be in the middle of the wave for his ultimate. Other champions may have safer and faster options for clearing waves (especially during siege situations), but Swain isn't bad at it.

Swain can be rather strong at lower ELOs provided you know how to use him, so he is definitely a good option.

Vlad is easy too but it's hard to carry with him, talon is assassin, I doubt if he is easier and I used to play champions mentioned by you a lot. I think talon should be fine if it comes to carry the game in low elo I guess.
