Zz'Rot Portal - What happened to the movespeed?

I noticed that the tooltip text for the Zz'Rot Portal has changed. Previously it said that "Unique – Point Runner: Grants +20% bonus movement speed that build up over 2 seconds when near turrets (including fallen turrets) or Void Gates."

Now it is somewhat of a variation of that text, but the part "Void gates" has been removed. It's to be precise: "UNIQUE passive - Point Runner: Build up to +20% Movement Speed over 2 seconds while near turrets and fallen turrets."

I'm wondering if it is just a mistyping of the tooltip, or has the movespeed for Void gates really been removed? Sadly I'm at work, and I'm not sure if I can play later today so I can't test it.

Please don't say it needed a nerf...
