[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench eats ALL the shields after using Thick Skin (E)

Hey!

I have noticed a bug with the champion Tahm Kench.

Description: After using your E (Thick skin) actively, you get a shield. If that shield from Thick Skin would end when you have other shield effects on, like from Barrier or Locket, those other shield effects end immediately as well.

Occurance: Happens 100% time. I have tested it with self shielding items and spells, namely: Face of the Mountain , Locket of the Iron Solari and Barrier . It is likely to happen with every other shielding effect from other champions such as Janna or Thresh although I have not tested those.

How to reproduce:

1. Get 1 point in Thick Skin (E)
2. Get at least 1 shielding item or spell
3. Get hit by minions/tower/anything and activate E
4. Just before your shield from E runs out, activate your shielding item/spell
5. Watch your extra shield disappear when Thick Skin would run out

Annoyance level: 6/10 - you do not encounter this bug too often, but when you do, it's quite annoying. When you are running away from enemies, and you need that bit of extra shield from FotM or Locket it can become irritating.
