Can junglers automatically get smite in draft pick?

I'm really tired of junglers not getting smite.

P.S. if you don't have smite as a jungler, do us a favor and disconnect. It makes the game last shorter AND you won't have to feel the pain of jungling without smite.

That'd be nice. They'll have it by default but they can change it in case they switch roles with someone.
