Teemo top, he is pretty much useless in teamfights, unless he won won the laning phase. He just exist to be a lane bully, other than that, I can't think of anything useful he does (maybe map control with his mushrooms?).

Sona feels pretty weak every game no matter the game. Easiest to kill support early game. Easy to kill late game by a lot of comps simply because of itemization.
