So exactly what the title says just what champions are more similar in playstyle and in there abilities between Kha'Zix and Kai'Sa vs. Thresh and Blitzcran. IMO it is Kha'Zix and Kai'Sa.
If you want to argue your point go ahead I would like to see peoples reasons.
