I think that Shaco's Q need to rework a little. It's a weak ability specially at early game.It should have special effects like he gain movement speed while he is still invisible, Or it deal some damage plus the critical strike, Or it deal more than 220%. About his ult: His ult become stupid at late game ,His clone die in 1 hit. He must be fixed or something. That's all what i wanted to share with you.

First of all, I'll admit i'm bias and i don't want me favorite champion to be changed in any sort of ways that could lead him to be on the next huge nerf train.
Q, early game is one of the most versatile ability in game. The utility it provides in both ganks and counter-jungling is beyond superb. The early level guaranteed critical hit when emerge out of stealth deals immense damage on champions.
As for your concern about ult, I, again disagree. Shaco's clone was never supposed to be like tibbers, who soaks up damage. Shaco's clone is there to deceive the enemy, to juke the pursuers and even to dodge skill shots that couldn't other wise be dodged(Karthus ult for a great example).
I understand we may have different views on this matter. But as Shaco has helped me climb from silver all the way to diamond with his current kit, I think he is perfect the way he is right now.

You are NOT supposed to ult right in front of the enemy and expect the clone to be utilized optimally.

I am not really sure how you played Shaco, and I really don't understand why you expected the clone to actually take hits when Shaco himself is one of the squishiest champion in game. His job late game is to split push, apply map pressure, and dual whoever comes for him 1v1(in which case the clone is extremely strong).
