i love using quinns E. Its always hilarious when someone is trying to kill me and i use it to hop over a wall which suprises me that i dont see many quinn players use it like that. Anyways i think quinn is pretty good as she is even if her Q doesnt have the blind it does a good bit of damage. ive played her adc mid and top and ive been able to lane pretty well and snowball against zed, trynd, and kindred, MF. I personally think quinn is great where she is at but obviously if she gets buffed i wont have a problem with that XD

Well Quinn is as strong as always with the new masteries, and Quinn's E used to be buggy and not actually jump over walls half of the time, and you and the enemy had to be perfectly lined up with the wall in order to be able to go through it, and since the enemy is most likely to not stand still, it makes it akward when you miss it

Vaulting over wall depends a lot on the enemy position. Doesn't work all the time

I don't mind her as a half-witted no-brain "get all the passives off" ADC at the moment, but I certainly miss the Valor assassinations. Actually yeah, that's all I'm here to say.
