You seriously nerf Zac's LATEGAME CHARGETIME on E?

Ok. Nerfing an already slightly under average champion is bad enough. But you seriously chose to make his E even worse in the lategame? This thing can already be interrupted extremely easily, now you just gave people more time to do this. If you're going to nerf the charge time of his E at least do it in the EARLYGAME, not the stage of the game where it's worst.

This makes a Zac main cry. Like, if you're gonna nerf him, at least nerf him RIGHT
