Yeah, when your feeds their and she stomps the rest of the team, carrying her team to victory, that's solo carrying. When your feeds and he ends your bot's scaling, preventing them from doing anything useful for the rest of the match, that's solo carrying. When your feeds and he ganks constantly for the rest of the match while also controlling all the objectives, that's solo carrying.

Solo carrying is still a thing in this game, and always will be as long as the game is still League of Snowballs. You just don't see it as carrying because you assume your teammate who lost and snowballed the enemy is bad. It's not the enemy stomping their lane and carrying. It's your teammate feeding.

That's on you for looking for feeders when you should be looking for MVPs.

Too many times you will find that the guy that went 14-2 and hard carried his team went 0-7 his last 4 games. He didn't go 14-2 because he is good. He went 14-2 because the guy who fed him was utter fuckin trash that belonged in Iron 4 yet somehow ended up in Gold.

The guys who end up going 14-2 are often kda played who are super aggressive in lane, ignore cs/objectives and are basically a hit or miss (more often miss) for carrying.

That's solo carrying an already winning team assuming the majority are getting fed.

The main complaint is how they can't solo carry their 0/10 team.

Which personally, is why the bounty system is there and I think it's a good system. Might need a little tune down.

It's not actually fair to win a 0/10 game in the first place unless all your teammates make a come back

Only Busted champions like Jax can do that , but it's not fair

If this is the case, then riot should add a system where if 1 team mate goes 0/10 the nexus will automatically explode even without the ff vote.

This has nothing to do with 1 guy feeding

I'm talking in case you are the top lane and each one of your teammates is 0/2 or 0/3 losing

Why a 0/10 is a must lose for you ? That's not what solo carrying is about , that's only 1 teammate feeding and your other teammates might still carry

"because winning that in the first place isn't fair" Fine then. Why is that unfair? If it was that unfair then it should be a reportable offense or some shit. It's not unfair. kda means nothing, what means is getting towers and objectives. Destroying the nexus will end the game. Not going 10/0 or 0/10. The kda is just a mean to get resources (aka gold) and spend them on items to be able to be more threatening and melt towers better.

Yeah sure it's tilting to lose a game if you're 10/0, but guess what, anything can happen in this game.

I like how you seem to act like the one person feeding is only feeding one champion. But in reality he is feeding atleast 2-3 of them.

If my top starts hard losing, not only is the jungler there getting fed, but midlane is roaming up as well.

If my bot lane loses, not only are adc and sup getting fed, jungle and mid are roaming down to be fed to.

If mid is getting fed, jungle is coming in to be fed as well.

It’s never just one person hard carrying. They start the snowball yes, but the others coming in and continuing that advantage mean it’s not a solo effort anymore.

There should not be such things as solo carry in a team-oriented game. They need to work on the fking matchmaking to provide balanced teams. They already have enough data to make a solid algorithm, they are either lazy or don't care

Thats under the assumption the fed player has actual decent teammates. I had a plethora of times where my team won against rivens who were literally 8/0 and Dariuses who where 5/1 etc. and ekkos who had double digit kills and low deaths all cuz the fed player's teammates were garbage.

None of the champs you mentioned are actually balanced enough to support the argument. They do what you laid out on a game by game basis. Occasionally a team will work around them, or the player hosting those champs is just bad, but at the champion's core, all of them are difficult to deal with even when not fed.

In other words, there's a difference between a champ being unbalanced, and "solo carrying." If you are compelled to play a small group of broken champions to achieve that solo carry, it's not refuting the argument that solo carrying is extremely difficult right now. It's supporting the argument that these champions have too much agency.

Try solo carrying on Morgana. Try solo carrying as Nami. Try solo carrying as Evelynn.
