Can someone help me get a good roster?

My current champs, outlined in green, there are a few I don't play, mostly 450 IP champs. Who should I get next? I really like Quinn, she's an amazing midlane assassin.

Quinn is very nice, but don't pigeon hole her into that mid role. I actually really enjoy her as a top lane bruiser/lane bully, and even as an ADC. She has an incredibly versatile kit (very fitting for her lore) and can be reasonably built in many different ways. hell, you can even jungle her if you're feeling crazy. (do NOT do this in a ranked or normals the first time. her jungling is based off of nice kiting and wall flips to take low damage. play bots till you can clear safely)

I think she's great mid, it gives her easy access to gank lanes and she's all too good a lane bully not tom I prefer to build her crit when mid, make her more of an assassin so you get get that glorious execute ( Draven ) or her ult

She's a strong mid (although she has issues against power mages) but she really shines when she's almost guaranteed a strong matchup, which is top. She counters tanks hard as an adc, has an escape from bruiser all ins (counters riven so hard its not even funny. you can interrupt Riven's 3rd Q with her E and just laugh) and has poke for the mages that are played top.
