Was trying to make a kit to fit Omen. Ended up thinking of something for Eve.

Her passive making her immune to sight wards makes it very difficult to balance eve.

So, heres the idea

(P) Shadow Walk: Evelynn cannot be seen by minions, scuttlecrab, or by champions more than 1100 units away. If Eve walks by a ward, she is only seen by the champion who placed the ward.

So for example, if Eve is playing mid, and no one on the other team is near mid and no one other than Eves lane opponent has wards in mid, the only champion who can see Eve is her lane opponent, and all others see her as being MIA.

Since her mana regen is gone, her mana costs all around will need to be dropped massively.

Retains her theme of being everywhere and nowhere at the same time, still pretty spooky.

Not a fan of this kind of mechanic. It's the kind of mechanic which literally has no value in organized play. It's entirely based around exploiting the poor communication that exists in solo queue, while organized players (particularly ones with voice chat) would be able to instantly report her position the instant anyone saw her.

Riot actually discussed how they considered something similar for Rek'sai. Initially, they only wanted Rek'sai to see the echos from her passive, while all of her teammates. Players with voice chat did fine with this because they could quickly and easily convey the information, but players who couldn't talk to each other had to resort to ridiculous spam pinging in an attempt to convey the information. If Eve had this passive, it would pretty much just result in the same thing. Your ward catches Eve? You immediately spam the map with a billion pings to try and tell your teammates exactly what her location is. Or, if you have voice chat, you just tell them. Not really desirable.

It would be an interesting concept if the game was really only filled with players that couldn't communicate with each other, but without that, it's too easy to respond to. As a general rule, it's not really good for information mechanics to work on the assumption that people won't be able to communicate with each other, because then the mechanic loses almost all of its effect anytime people can share the information.
