Please. Do not take this as a low elo scrub thought because i got mopped up by x champion post. With that said, ashe slow is absolutely rediculous. Not to mention her ult stuns and her volley ALSO slows. Lets be honest. Once she gets 
you are screwed and combined with her volley and ult there is no escaping her, even if you flash. Mine as well rename her 'PermaSlow'. Thoughts and opinions?
Thévenin2 votesAshe's whole point is the slow Her dps potential is smaller than most other adc's, she has utility. While I'd like a longer early cd on r, I don't think she's a problem
Nimba2 votesIf she didn't have the slow everyone would kill her. She has no mobility at all, only adc other than Varus and Kog without some type of mobility based skill. She doesn't do crazy damage, kiting is what she has available, getting rid of the slow would put her back in the state she was before the rework which was bad.
