Seriously, nerfing item 3022 is good enough. The buff he got recently was really needed to make him viable again. Before he had the buff he was only seeing success as a pocket pick vs certain match ups because he can neither be entirely tank or dmg all the time.

He's got plenty of weaknesses as is. turning into an adc that can't stand in front of a melee champ and take hits and has to kite MUST BE REWARDING OR THERE IS NO POINT TO IT IN THE KIT. especially since he has to fight champs like Akali Darius Nasus Jax Illaoi Irelia

He needs his stats to be a top laner, cuz it aint like you're gonna make him jg, supp or adc as a trade off to his nerfs.
