I feel like they ruined swain a bit with this major ult nerf

tldr; make ult cd inscrease with rank instead of being the same all levels as a flat 20 sec ult hurts early game so much more as rank 1 ult is usually used for farming

I only joined in season 5 so pretty new and swain was 1 of the first champs i picked up on (after vlad) and I loved playing with him. Yes, He is oppressive AF yes, he did need nerfs yes, I hate the fact he became FOTM causing him to get these nerfs

But doubleing his ult cd is pretty rediculous (they were even thinking about making it 30 seconds!) if you ask me and hurts his early game so much more as the difference between a noob swain and a pro swain is his ability to farm by weaving ult in and out (especially pre-rework) and this ult nerf hits that hard. What annoyed me most was the lack of compensation expecially after his w root nerfs and more damage nerfs to q

However i reckon he does need to have higher cd late game especially since his core items will have cdr (abyssal, zohnya).

My suggestion:

• Keep the increased ult lock (from 0.5 to 2 seconds) and maybe increase that to maybe 3 seconds as this will make players more mana aware especially early game

• Make his ult increase in cd over rank instead of 20 seconds all levels...eg. 10/15/20 seconds so that early game isn't as affected and late game you will still have the window to attack him and so swain players must be more smart
