Execute indicators

There are a number of characters in the game with abilities that execute low health targets, including Darius, Urgot, and Pyke. Pyke, however, has a significant advantage over every champion that has come before him: You can always see his execute threshold. On every enemy health bar, there is a little marker that tells Pyke EXACTLY how low they need to be to die to his execute at all times. Pyke players never have to guess; they can be certain (bar sudden healing) of getting the execute, and the associated resets, because the game tells them so. No other champion can be so assured. Darius is hard to gauge since it partly depends on bleed stacks. Urgot is a bit easier but you are still trying to gauge 25% by eye. Only Pyke gets help from the gui. If Pyke is gonna get this kind of indicator, then other champions with executes should have it too, in order to be more balanced. It should not be super easy to use a reset on kill execute on one champion and not on others. Either all executes should have this kind of assistance, or none should.

EDIT: I just played Urgot for the first time in a while and he has it too now. So only Darius is missing the indicator.

Pyke has it at all times, even when the enemy is full health, telling him exactly how much he has to do to reach threshold so he can easily judge when to go it. ~~Urgot has it when he is in the threshold only, meaning he has to guess if he can go in and do enough to get them low enough. ~~And Darius has no indicator whatsoever (although his full bleed indicator is huge and often mistaken for an execute indicator, it does not guarantee an execute. Just means he is dealing max DoT and will get max damage from R but still not a guaranteed execute. Also doesn't indicate characters other than the one he is attacking that are available to execute).

I stand corrected Urgot has it now too. Only Darius has to guess of those I used in my example.

Darius is not an execute, its a flat dmg nuke. Garens R is an execute, but riot has stated they will not add one as its a skill in gauging and would make him less fun to play. Don't have sources but a ritoer tweeted this after his rework
