@Riot pushing early game skirmishing has curbstomped so many champions, just start everyone level 3.

For the record I love level 1 -3. But things are so bad for champions with a weak early game and pre season is going to make it even worse. Just do it already. It would fix the game deciding early ganks, push people into the "mid game" teamfights, create "BIGPLAYZ" that engorge engage the spectators and allow champions that like late game to see it once every few matches.

Spawning rift Herald even sooner and making Dragon super easy to take at level 4 is just throwing any ultimate reliant champion under the bus.

Good idea but wouldn't this cause amumu ect to hyper gank more often due to having all 3 abilities?? LoL nice idea but junglers can be a problem.
