Frost Queens.

Hey, giving every AP support a long range 40% slow for 4 seconds may have been a bit much. Hell, I am seeing people run this item in mid, and it actually works just because the active on this shit is broken as hell.

can now slow you from afar, which lasts long enough for her to get in range to ult you, which she can follow up with a Q. Oh, and she can also buy Rylais, which her W can use to proc a 1 second, 40% slow.

So, before you could just stay out of her range. Foolish mortal.

Remember ? You might want to change the frostqueens active back to what it was before it reaches Runeglaive levels of abuse.
