How do you play against Fizz/Ahri as Annie?
(Annie main) I hate laning against Ahri with a passion, but I'm just a walking sack of gold if the enemy picks Fizz.
How do I lane versus these champions?

You should be winning with Annie against fizz. W and R have almost no cast time or animation and should be pretty difficult for fizz to dodge. Without any knowledge of how you’re playing out, I’m guessing this fizz is baiting out your stun and then kicking your ass. Save the stun for when he’s hard engaging.

Ahri on the other hand dumpsters you so have fun with that. Ahri dumpsters any immobile champion

Try to last hit with autos and hold on to the stun as long as possible.
For ahri, dont try to proc your stun w/ tibbers since she can dodge get it w/ Q then tibbers her staying behind minions for the charm and good reactions if she ults aggressively
Against Fizz, pretty sure it's just a lot of timing your E better and hoarding your passive and ult until after he's E'd.
Against Ahri, get a gank then enjoy her not being able to come close to you. E timing is also pretty important and slightly harder due to the fact you have to E Ahri's relatively fast E versus just pressing E at the last second versus Fizz's ult. She also can't really do much against your ult+passive, so just have her get in range to land it. If needed, Flash+Q>R instead of Flash+R, so that she can't ult it.
Also, get RoA against Ahri. Yeah, not as much damage as Luden's, but she has a harder time killing high-health low-res targets than low-health high-res ones.
