if i have rylai laindry on nidalee

and enemy stops on a trap

will they take 7 seconds of rylai+liandry slow burn?

or does it only count for the first tick of damage. doesnt re apply for 4 ticks (nids trap damage per second for 4 seconds)

dang. so rylai liandry on nidalee

means every trap

slows for 7 seconds and burns for 4% current hp per second so like 21% current hp + 200 dmg + 20% ap + runic dmg proc ?
