Conqueror has become an extremely strong keystone almost every top laner is taking it and it is doing massive amounts of dmg now I am not saying it's completely busted but it sure could use a little nerfs.

Riot needs to stop fuken adding true dmg to the game every chance they get. Every fukning AD top laner is now running it because it clearly the best option, and it just decimates all tanky bruisers top. It + a single life steal item makes thornmail a joke.

Urgot with conqueror is stupid scary burst. Getting it ready and then an e-w combo, turning both shot gun knees and the three shots pre second into true damage. Sure he can't keep it up for extended trades, but that combo plus his ult can still be disgusting the the hands of an Urgod
