It depends. Ganking darius is dependent on so many things. But yes, his Q heal is the most pivotal thing about ganking darius. If you dodge his Q then he's really easy to kill. If he lands it on one or especially both of you then it could be hard. Also, it has nothing to do with bad.

When I play darius and I get ganked. I usually pull both of them and immediately cast Q. 99% of the time I hit my double heal unless if one of them has a dash or they back off.

If darius is pushed past the mid point then it of course becomes much easier to kill him unless if the lane already has numerous stacks on him when the gank is initiated (because Darius can have a chance at 5 stacking him and immediately 5 stacking the jungler).

Also, certain junglers simply struggle more against ganking darius. Lee Sin typically has terrible ganks onto darius. Volibear has really good ganks onto darius.
