Can Graves ult in a Cass W?
Title, I'm curious, can someone please enlighten me on that?

Pretty sure you can, as it's a self-targeted knockback more than a dash. I'd have to go in game and try it, but I think you can.
Thanks.
Cause it makes him dash back, and Cass W Grounds you meaning you CAN'T move.
It's OK I think Grounded is the most stupid mechanic in the game, might as well just give her a Silence.
I just didnt know if it counted as a dash, that's honestly kind of dumb

Why would it not count as a dash? It's a dash.
The only dash in the game that doesn't count as a dash is Jarvan's Q because it's not actually a dash itself.
EDIT: Ziggs W too.
because i thought it counted as a knock back.

Knockbacks are a kind of CC, you can't CC yourself or allies. If it were a knockback there'd be really weird interactions like morg shield stopping it from moving you.
The only mobility spells that aren't classified as mobility spells are ones that aren't primarily intended as dashes. IIRC that means Jarvan Q and Ziggs W.
I thought it worked like Ziggs or whatever, like it was a side effect.

So you want enemy Yasuos to be able to ult off of it?
I thought it was self affected C, like a side effect of the ult.
