Bastion is now moved onto his passive. He will now have a bar similar to Neeko to select allies to bound with.

Bravado is now on his W, passive is the same but now has an active that grant a shield. Bound allies can proc his passive too now.

Q is no longer an AoE heal now it work like how it use to, Taric heal himself and a bound ally. If selected by this ability they are also heal for an additional 40%.

Radical Suggestion down below

Since he loses his AoE heal he get a new passive that work with item. Item that can bind to allies apply bastion as well. item 3109item 3050 now grant bastion on their target.

Taric can still heal his entire team with items. 1 with his passive 2 with item and another by directly using his q.

The only rebalance taric needs is for his Q to have no charges, actually heal a decent amount, and cost less mana.|

When Yuumi exists with both shields and nuke heals, there's no reason Taric can't have a decent shield and heal.

Just make it heal the lowest hp member in range for an empowered amount and everyone else a moderate amount after making it decent.
