We have seen so much buffs recently and i think it is time to make Karthus playable,couse that is what he is not(anymore) in my opinion.....OR i can play him as support and be bombarded with low coments before game even starts :D

Strawberrycocoa1 votesNot gonna lie, if I could drop Doom Skittles without the enemy having half a year of time to dodge it, that'd be nice. But considering how spammable the Q is, I think the delay is most likely not going away. It'd probably get a cooldown nerf if they reduced the delay tbh.
Mokkun1 votesThe delay is fine. It would be nice if the area was reduced back to the old size, and possibly back to being a true skittle in terms of visible warning.
He doesn't need to spam faster, he needs 5-10 base damage added to Q so that it matters more when it hits on both champs and CS'ing.
