Vayne Tips?

I've been playing Vayne again recently, and I'm curious if anyone can give me some tips for her?

I've not done bad, and so far I've actually carried the three games I've played with her. Got a penta too :D

The thing I'm mainly concerned with is my build. It typically goes like this:

After that, if it doesn't end, I usually try to get at least 80% crit, if not 100%.

Can anyone suggest 3 more items for me?

Is this good? It does give 100% crit, but it lacks the armor pen, which I'm fine to sacrifice since she does % true damage. Can anyone give me some different ideas? Or opinions?

The standard core build for Vayne by Plat+ players

Since she does % true damage, crit is of low concern to her. The idea is that every time she hits you (which should be an ungodly number of times) she should smack you for a lot from different sources. Why build crit and hope your regular AAs proc when you can just build a reliable sustain output.

You'll see some players swap out MS for Runaan's to reach 2.5AS but really 2.0 vs 2.5 isn't gonna matter much because of her true damage and the active on MS helps her from being locked down hard, which is what most more experienced (i.e. smarter) teams will do.

id probably go phantom dancer into ie rather than ie into dancer

my typical full build is item 3153 item 3046 item 3006 item 3031 item 3139 item 3036

get a item 3139 you noob, dont buy item 3508 u dont need it ,get a item 3035

I can see how item 3139 would be a good item, but I enjoy the crit from item 3508 .

item 3035 just seems pointless, because she does % true damage.

YEs the crit is nice BUT you need to be able to survive CC or light focus from the other team. Can't do damage if your dead.

item 3036 is not pointless it's a huge damage boost against champions with over 100 armor and still a strong on against squichies. You need to keep track of enemy armor values during the game otherwise you can be shut out until you do get it. It's a nooby mistake that took me a bit to release myself When I first started playing.

don't you ever take a runnans hurricane shive for wae clear if you need it but i recommend rapid fire for that range shot

if u look the statistica only 25% of vayne´s damage is true damage, 75% of her damage is still physical. u need last whisper.

IF you have problems with people not peeling for you get a item 3072 . keep you a live while you kite. Besides 2-3 core items you need to be able to adept to what your facing. Because if your dead your not doing damage. Plat+ are playing with other great players that will protect you and peel. gold and below well ya your going to get dived and blown up. To clime you need to be able to adapt. Just because plats do it doesn't make it the best way. Just the best way for THEM AND the champion.

ETC Your team doesn't have the CC to control a very aggressive zed who has a hard on for you. You might want to consider a HP item or even item 3047 . I know it seems odd but you can survive his burst with minimal damage to your build. A extra second or 2 of life gives you and your team time to react. I really hate zed. The second someone is out of position he can get through and dive you and get out clean killing you or low enough to back right before a team fight. Few champions can tilt a battle that easly but Safely without great team play is not ok. Sorry I really hate zed went on a rant.
