aren't runes way to expensive? if you consider each victory grants you 70-90 ip , and each rune const 410-2100 IP they are way to expensive.. i started this account 4 months ago, i play everyday and still didn't finished any rune page :3 , 60% of my runes are tier 2 because they are 1 IP

Example: there is t3 Lifesteal Quints, but no t2 life steal quints.

Kaioko1 votesYou've got enough for a whole rune page by level 30 of attack damage quints, attack speed reds, armor yellows and magic resist blues OR AP quints, magic pen reds, armor yellows and magic resist blues by the time you reach level 30 if you don't spend your IP on champion.
Then getting the other rune page only cost 5,000 IP because you don't need the yellows and blues again. Those are the two standard pages everyone should have (some say straight damage reds are better than attack speed as a general but then you can't play ADC).
Crimzyn1 votesAgreed. They are expensive. Riot did make some fantastic changes to help players like yourself to acquire those runes tho! As you mentioned the weaker lvl 2 runes are only 1 IP so at least you still have some bonuses!
