I Didn't Expect Swain To Be That Strong In the PBE

Swain+New Q+item 3116+Bird form+20% damage amplication at all ranks for his E=Nightmare Fuel. How do I know this? Cause I've seen what he is capable of in the PBE. It's freaking crazy, how a change I thought was a nerf, turn Swain into a freaking monster.

Blue buff played a pretty big role in it. Double mana regen on it is pretty good for Swain.
