It's her W, that charm ability. It isn't about the mechanics of how it works, I'm fine with that. It's the audio. Whenever the ability is cast on you there's a period of 1-2 seconds where you can't hear anything in the game except for the moan sound effect.

I, like many other players, rely quite a bit on audio cues to figure out what's going on. I can get a good idea of what abilities are being cast during a teamfight from the distinct sound effects that are happening, even if the visuals are so hectic sometimes it can be rough knowing what's happening by visuals alone. When I lose the ability to hear what's happening, it throws me off far more than I ever expected something as small as a 1-2 second soundclip ever could. I'm honestly not sure if it's a bug or if it's intentional, but in either case it's absolutely something I would love seeing patched out of the game.
