Thank you Riot. Thank you to the community.

Honestly. I just wanna say thanks to Riot. Thank you for creating and continually updating this game that's held my attention and kept me playing for three years now. Thank you for doing your best to keep everything as balanced as you can, and for making the game as pleasant of an experience as you can. I know you're not perfect, not every change to the game has been good. But I don't expect perfection. You've done a fine job as is, and I trust you guys to do a great job in the future. I just felt like a lot of players are awfully hard on Riot for every mistake, no matter how little it is. Hence the thanks.

Also. Thank you to the community. The good part of the community. The ones who are nice to both teammates and rivals whether you win or lose. The ones that actively enjoy the game. The people that help those who struggle at the game and want to get better. The ones who use the report system fairly to help improve the game further, by reducing the amount of toxicity in the community. All of you guys deserve a huge thanks, and I am extremely glad to play the game with people like you.

Another big thanks to those in the community outside of the game. Those who create videos to teach, entertain, and inform others. Those who create guides on the numerous fansites, and document every bit of lore and trivia on everything League related. The people that cosplay, and go to conventions. Especially the friendly ones who create a better image of this game.

All in all. I just wanted to say thanks for all of the joy all of you have created for me in playing this game. I really do appreciate it, more than a forum post that amounts to a small essay can say. Keep being great.

I will say this:

Whoever is responsible for the in-game design stuff is spot on. New champs are creative, look amazing, have very interesting and thematically accurate kits, etc. Even the balance team (that always tends to get a lot of flack) is outstanding. Figuring out how to make a game work with this many moving parts is retardedly hard, and for the most part they do a great job with only the occasional blunder (ie fizz). But beyond this, I honestly can't figure out what they are doing. The behavioral analysis team nearly prevented half the community from getting ranked rewards last season, and now whoever is responsible for DQ is literally killing the game. People are actually leaving, PROS are actually leaving.

I agree with OP that you guys have done a great job with this game, and it is deservedly the most popular game of all time. Please don't ruin it.

I will add to this in agreement.

Thank you very much Riot for everything you've done. I know the boards are full of people displeased with a lot of things that changed over the seasons, especially this year (namely Dynamic Queue, the removal of Solo Queue, and various balances), but that is just the vocal part of the community. There are tons and tons of players who aren't on the boards that love the changes and the ever evolving game that is League of Legends.

You guys do an amazing job, and even with some to-be-expected hiccups, this game is a lot of fun. I too appreciate the community who is positive and polite, it makes the game more of a joy :) It's nice to see more positive people around, and its contagious too.

THANK YOU RIOT! I don't care what all the haters say, I love this game and this company. Everything you've done to this game, you did in an effort to make it better. For the most part, you've succeeded, and I am so grateful for it. THANK YOU RIOT!

You have to understand one thing, they get a lot of hate and criticism and it is almost impossible to reply to all of it. With all this change they are doing this season and with no regard to community feedback, the hate and criticism is intensified. They are simply not responding to threads because they are either hard at work, don't care, or protecting their own sanity.
