I just tested the Skirmisher sabre - bloodrazor in the training environment - is it too strong?

I decided to make see how strong bloodrazer is since I had two games where the champions rushing bloodrazor (even the enemy kayle mid did) were all very strong (champs were yi/shyvana/kayle). I decided to see if they were just fed or if something else was going on.

YOU CAN REPLICATE THIS!! --> I was shyvana and level 6 with 81 AD. I only used auto attacks to test this. Only wearing Merc threads and the partially or fully upgraded bloodrazer.

First kill on red buff with only skirmisher sabre - not upgraded - time taken --> 25 seconds Second kill on red buff with fully completed sabre and bloodrazer upgrade --> 9 seconds

first kill on blue buff with only skirmisher sabre - not upgraded and using abilities --> 14 seconds Second kill on blue buff with fully completed sabre and bloodrazer upgrade and using abilities --> 5 seconds

Attack speed with only skirmisher sabre was 0.74 while completed it was 1.05

If you add in the damage from smite against champions (76 true damage at level 6) and the 20% damage reduction from the target you're fighting it actually looks very strong. You gain so much damage from upgrading to bloodrazer that it's very hard to deal with. I don't know how it compares to other smites.

Is it too strong? I personally believe that it is strong. It isn't an expensive item to obtain and it noticably buffs AD attackers (yi/shyv/xin etc.). The 50% attack speed the item provides is huge and the 4% max AD damage per hit works with the 50% attack speed. Add on top the skirmisher sabres effect of some true damage and 20% reduction from damage from the target you're fighting and you have an impossible to 1v1 champ.
