you need to go back to basics, your CS is anywhere from 40-90 in 30ish minutes, you should be getting that amount in about 10minutes. your also dying FAR too much. i honestly would say go into normals, and practice the basics, how many times have you played those two champions? I'm curious as the performance is far below where it should be, i can't judge Nasus on one match.

i'm not trying to be mean, just truthful as thats what i would want myself. i'd [play some with you but I'm on EUW unfortunately.

but basics > CS, Die Less, memember objectives>kills but don't risk your life.

on another note play things with TF capabilities with point and click to have some easy wins kong is fine, so is malaphite etc people panic and you get an easy engage or pick but practice first don't jump straight into ranks, teem for example is a very bad TF champion, if you get ahead then gg you can wreck but this isn't easy to do with teemo and he is easily shut down.

I was 1-9 in placements and I got bronze 2 last season. If you are truly good, you can climb out even if you get bronze 5.
