To any Rioters reading this, you've absolutely nailed him down to every last detail. Seriously a very solid rework, I'm very glad as a long time Talon main, and I could literally write paragraphs about how much you've managed to improve on him.

Playing against him is annoying. His jumping needs some kind of a cooldown or charges ffs.
The fun I had playing Pre-rework talon will never be missed. Especially when duskblade first came out.

I play squishy, immobile champinos, and Talon feels very balanced to play against. Rather than trading and combo-ing and dodging spells, like against a mage, you have to manage the situation. Keep your health high, keep pressure on the wave, and keep track of him. It's a pretty exciting game of cat-and-mouse.
He only has one combo option, I dont like him much, but I can see why others would enjoy him
i just hate his slow unreliable w, but it's pretty understandable or he would proc passive too easily. but yeah the rework was really good imo
I would still change him for an old talon.
Turns out when they move the power of 3 abilities into 2 and then give him the ability to just get out of any situation by leaping the walls that were put in the game specifically to stop people from doing whatever they want makes him better than before.

This would be like if they gave brand the ability to flash with his E and just moved his E to his W and I go on the forums and go gj riot you really nailed brand's feel <3.
I just got a Talon shard, so I can buy him for 2000 less BE!!!
...The bad news is that I'm 400 BE away. But I can't wait to get and play him!
