Why not revert Bond of Stone's "damage reduction doubled when near allied champion" nerf?

Seeing as how this one Keystone Mastery in the Resolve tree doesn't get as much uses compared to Grasp & Colossus, why not amped up Bond of Stone's damage reduction glory by reverting back the nerf you once did when you guys buffed the other Keystone Masteries?

With the Assassin champions being played after the Assassin Update getting better & better, I don't see the drawbacks of reverting the nerf. It won't affect solo laners, so it won't affect Assassin champions from racking up kills with difficulty.

Plus, with the current situation, why even bother taking Bond of Stone when Courage of the Colossus is such a better pick?
