A Change To Zac and Anivia Passive

Hello There, as I'm sure you all know Zac's and Anivia's passive give them a chance to revive after a certain amount of time. One change that I thing should be added to passives like this is that if the passive is killed, the kill should go to the person who brought them to their passive form and not the person who killed the passive. The reason for this is that it isn't a rare occurrence for someone to 1v1 a Zac or Anivia and kill them, then a teammate come by and smite or last hit the passive to get the kill. Lots of people complain about kill stealing and I think this could help that issue a little bit with there passives.
