That's a sizable nerf that hurts Miss Fortune's skill curve considerably. I'm upset to see this nerf especially considering she is mainly only strong because of lethality. So why is she getting a huge nerf while others like Jhin get the courtesy of waiting to see how lethality changes will affect them?
