People TEST her as adc but everyone who have more than 10 games with her play her jungle "her mains" if you can call them like that they all play her jungle...
But if you wanna take data from bronze/silver where the 80% of the players who have no idea whaty they are doing and they just try her as adc as sample its your problem...
But with your mentality we should nerf rammus and trynd and master yi cause in bronze/silver this champions have over 56% win ratio...

Kai'sa jg is played by mains because as an adc she's outclassed in every regard to begin with, so in the jungle they believe they have better odds of not getting outpreformed by simply just being better at the role and farming without dying or getting free picks in ganks. Doesn't mean that's good either, every kai'sa i see in the jungle i just nonstop invade and take camps..
Just play kindred if your team needs a marksmen jungle. Fuck show me what vayne mains can do taking her in the jungle.

(she would've been hot garbage without these changes forever unless her numbers were stupidily high. I'll glad take a couple 8.3 zoe nerf to kai'sa to at least make kai'sa an actual viable pick.)
