She played a lot smoother today after the hotfix/patch 6.10. Her Miasma still doesn't grant vision though.

I liked the mechanics of the old Cass better, don't know why they couldn't adjust the ap ratio/mana costs and give her new passive. I liked the fact of having sustained damage through Twin Fang in her old kit, but I understand why/how a lot of people wanted to focus on her poison. Honestly, I think her old mechanics/kit was more cohesive and syngergistic, but Riot gave the league community what they wanted - and it's too bad for the outcome. I think it's really disappointing that a lot of people complained about how hard she was to learn to use and didn't want to put in the effort to learn her playstyle/kit and complain about it, even though there are other easier champs to play and no one gives flack about other high skill champs (Draven, Azir, etc). Her new passive is meh, but at least it's somewhat better than the old one.

Maybe someday, we'll have the old Cass back (probably not). :(

By old Cass do you mean pre stashu, or do you mean the stashu rework ?

Pre-Stashu would be a dream, wouldn't it?

I'd take either, though, to be honest with you. Aspect and the absurd power focus on E were pretty bad but they still left her with a semblance of an early game.

Just fine.

I think overall she feels pretty strong. Not needing boots makes her an end game powerhouse but her early game suffers a bit in return.

Idk if im annoyed with her grounding mechanic on Miasma(W) or not yet. It feels especially strong when paired with rylias. Its on a 14second cd w/o cdr, last 5 seconds, and has almost the same utility as azir's ult.

Twin fang(E) HUGE buff for newbie players. If you miss cast E on a non poisoned target there's no repercussion outside of doing less damage #ghostcrawler

Worth picking up, may be nerfed.

Dat swain doe....Press R>Profit

She feels strong, but awkward. On thing the rework defenitely achieved is bringing back her old snowball potential. If you do good you are rewarded in kind. I really don't agree with anyone complaining about mana issues. If you buy tear you basically never run out of mana. If you rush RoA, you can still manage your mana just fine.

The problem for me right now is, that she either feels overbearing or helpless, depending on the champion she is facing. There seems to be no middle ground. She is completely dependend on hitting your Q for pretty much everything. Without it you are as slow as a snail and do no damage. Before, she had a fallback mechanism with Miasma against champions that would jump in her face.

After the recent range buff she feels even stronger against champions without mobility, since you can land a pretty much garantied slow from pretty far away. However, it doesn't help her against opponents like Talon, Ekko etc. at all.

I think the synergy with rylais is unfair, although you really need it in alot of situations, since you can't use Miasma for a point blank slow. It gives you a fighting chance against mobile opponents, while again, beeing completely overbearing for most champions without mobility.

Compared to her previous iteration, she feels cheesy and unhealthy to my. Her laning was really dynamic before. Now it is much more stale. Teamfighting is a bit more interesting, but often very hard to manage. I like some aspects of the rework, but overall i think the previous one simply played out much better.

She felt pretty good and seemed to scale nicely. She's a good Swain counter I think.

Right now, everything is a good Swain counter.

Currently? No. Swain is actually really strong after his buffs.

She plays a little better, but I'm not happy?

Her passive is still bland as hell. I'm glad Aspect is gone, but this gimps you for most of the game and doesn't do anything interesting. It's good until opponents buy Tier 1 boots, then it's REALLY bad once they get Tier 2. Then really late in the game you catch up.

Her Q getting some range back was nice.

Her W is still trash, I will always hate this iteration, Grounded is not worth the difficulties they put in to this skill and all the uses they took away from it. Can't use it to save yourself, can't use it to check bushes, can't use it to do anything you were using it for before. Now it pretty much only helps when you get ganks or ganked and then it's unreliable because if you cast it on them they can walk out and if you cast it behind them they can dash/blink over.. Though I suppose it could help in a team-fight more than the last one, It's also not that easy to just...avoid.

Her E's gating on CDR feels clunky and stupid still. I don't see what was wrong with a rather short "punishment" cooldown like the old kit, but I can see why that can't exist with the pile of shit they've stuffed in place of her W. The cooldown on that is way too long, you're pretty much relying on Q for any poison procs.

Her R is still her R, they didn't really do much to it.

So. Yeah, I'm still unhappy. The surface is still Cass but when you get down to playing her it's unbearably clunky.
