[Champion Concept] Mejai, The Fatespinner

I know, Mejai's probably been done a thousand times, but this is my take on her.

Mejai is a psychic-based AP champ intended to be a support, but I guess she could be played mid. I don't have any lore for her, so feel free to make some up and post it in the replies. And this isn't a super-detailed ap ratios and cooldowns and such concept, just the ideas for her abilities.

Passive: Wisdom

Mejai permanently gains a stack of wisdom each time she dies, taking 2% less damage from abilities with each stack.

Q: Premonition

Mejai sees into the future, predicting the next two ability uses. When placed on herself or an ally, Premonition makes that person immune to the effects of the next two abilities used on them, as well as shielding them from some damage. (basically it's a spellshield lol)

W: Entwined Souls

Mejai links two champions.

On allied cast (must be two allies), the two linked allies share stats, gaining the higher stat between the two (for example if you linked volibear and draven you'd end up with a high-health draven and a very damaging volibear) for the duration of the spell.

On enemy cast (must be two enemies), the two linked enemies take the same damage (so if brand and trundle were linked, you could just hit trundle and brand would take the same amount of damage).

E: Fatespinner

Mejai marks an enemy champion who takes slight bonus damage from Mejai's allies' abilities for the duration. If the enemy dies while the mark persists, Mejai gains bonus AP or gold or other stats (I couldn't decide what she should get).

R: Wrath of the Perished

Mejai chooses an enemy champion to torment, summoning a ghost of all the champions that enemy has killed during the game (max: 5, unless hexakill returns).

The strength of each ghost is determined by how many times the target champion has killed or assisted in killing that champion. 1 kill = 0.1 x stats, and 1 assist = 0.05 x stats (so for example if vayne killed teemo 4 times and got 3 assists on him, teemo's ghost would have 55% of his stats, and if she killed ezreal 8 times and got 1 assist on him, ezreal's ghost would have 85% of his stats). Ghosts always have 100% of their champion's attack speed and move speed.

Mejai's summoned ghosts only attack the targeted champion (basic attacks, no on-hit effects), and disappear if the target dies. If a champion's ghost gets last hit on the target, Mejai gets the kill and that champion gets an assist. The duration of the ghosts increases as Mejai levels her ult.

This champion seems really OP and I think could use a bit of work. The Q and passive are really OP and the passive would make people purposely feed till they are immune to abilities and only an ADC could damage them properly. item 3041 OP

If I played a champ with that passive I would start the game by getting myself executed as much as possible.
